Our story
From a home setup to a Hougang salon
The Pawlour started at home, grooming a handful of neighbourhood dogs. The reason people kept coming back was never the equipment — it was that nobody was rushed, and nobody was left in a crate waiting their turn.
The salon is bigger now and the team is certified, but the working day is still built around that: a short booking list, an open drying area, and time to stop when a pet has had enough.
Every pet deserves to look and feel their best.

Before your first visit

We are cage-free: your pet waits and dries in an open room rather than a crate. Our groomers are SKC-certified and trained in low-stress handling, and we book fewer pets per day so nobody is rushed.
Basic Grooming, Full Grooming, and spa treatments such as the Microbubble and Ayurvedic Herb spas. Add-ons include teeth brushing, de-shedding, mud mask therapy and flea & tick treatment.
Message us on WhatsApp with your pet's breed and the day you have in mind, and we will confirm a slot. You can also call us during opening hours.
A light meal two to three hours before, and a toilet break just before you arrive. Tell us about any skin conditions, injuries, or handling sensitivities when you book so we can plan the session.
Yes. We use hypoallergenic products and match the shampoo and conditioner to your pet's coat and skin. Let us know about allergies at booking and we will adjust.
We ask for 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service. Tell us as early as you can if something comes up and we will do our best to move things around.
Most coats do well on a four to eight week cycle, though it depends on breed and coat type. We will suggest a schedule for your pet after the first visit.
Not at the moment. All grooming happens at our Hougang salon. Message us if you would like to be told when that changes.
